Southernmost of the three major continents on Kal'Theron, Driozota is notable for it's variety of landscapes and divided political regions. Travel to the continent by ship or by air is dangerous for the presence of a colossal beast primarily known as "Calamity," believed to have arrived through a passage from the Elemental Plane of Water a great time ago. It is also believed that the same event caused the sundering of the southern portion of the continent from the mainland, the arrival of the great volcano in the west, and the migrating floating islands currently residing in the north.
