Den'nere is a fractured world shaped by ancient betrayals, wars, powerful curses, and the delicate balance of an omnipresent magic known as Prismyr. Once guarded by the noble Myr’ides, this energy source sustained harmony across Den'nere until greed, ambition, and violence corrupted it. Now, the land is divided into nine cursed domains, each ruled by witches (The Myr'inil) who draw their power from the corrupted flow of magic. Amid the darkness, Rune Runners—those skilled in inscribing protective glyphs—navigate the treacherous landscape, seeking to defy the curses and reclaim what was lost.
