The clang of hammer and stone and the smell of burning wood and smelting metal are the first signs you perceive of Stonebeck, crouched low in the hills of the Silver Valley.

Stonebeck is a lumber and mining town at the foot of the Ashwood Mountains, situated at Stonebeck Falls, the fall line of the Silver River. It’s usually a peaceful human community, fed by farms to the east and west.
