Dungeon

Designed as phase 2 of a one shot. The party is unjustly arrested to take the fall for a murder. They end up in the jail of a corrupt government. They are locked up in the primary cells in the map center. They can recover their weapons in the "evidence" room by the main exit. The exit is supposed to be CLEARLY warded/locked/guarded when running this map, but you do whatever. The pipes behind the torture room provide running water and steam to assist in their torture. They are currently broken, with the party ideally escaping through the broken pipes into a sewer for phase 3 (the final) phase of the one shot. Enjoy!
