A large tavern complete with owners room, kitchen, pantry, private room/library, booths, stables, owners garden/vegetable plot. 15 rooms, ranging in quality. And a cellar with staff accommodation.

Everything is to scale, all relevant stairs walls etc. are in identical locations on each floor. The cellar has two regular entrances. 1st behind the bar and the second is in the alleyway for deliveries etc.

There is a secret part to the basement for criminals/cults/vampires/necromancers etc. This part is totally optional. If using roll 20 can just leave it black if you want a regular tavern. If you want to include it, the ladder comes up in the small shed in the owners garden and the cupboard acts as a secret door into the cellar.
