Considered one of the "fun-house dungeons", the party is sent to investigate the theft of three powerful magical weapons: the Wave, the Whelm and the Blackrazor. The items had been stolen by the dark wizard Keraptis and secreted away in his stronghold within White Plume Mountain, a volcanic peak located in the Bandit Kingdoms on the World of Greyhawk.
