A cunning and powerful yet mad Beholder schemes in the crumbling remains of an ancient temple. He guards a trove of magical items, gold and knowledge, but any adventurers brave or foolish enough to steal from him must come prepared for a fight!

Whether your party opts for a loot and run, or goes in guns blazing, they need to be prepared to get their bag fast - once the beholder dies his lair begins to crumble and fall into the raging river beneath.

Lots of fun places to hide and cower. Each raised area is +10ft. Round areas on the outside are open air balconies.
