Underground cave/tunnel settlement system purposely made as generic as possible but starring all your RPG faves like: a tavern, a temple/hospital, a blacksmith/armorer, a tailor, a city hall/library, a farm, a wizard's labratory, a (probably) magic fountain, a hatchery for the kobold/dragonborn etc, and market stalls. Both poor and wealthy residences are included.

Perhaps this is the last stop before you set out to delve deep into the mines, or perhaps its a pleasant little settlement discovered while exploring the underdark! :)
