The shifty tavern from The Ghosts of Saltmarsh adventures. The Empty Net features a private room for secretive dealings, a privy, kitchen, shrine to Umberlee and stairs to overnight lodging. Since the owner Kreb prefers to handle all disputes in house there is a set of stocks and for more egregious behavior there is "The Drink". The Drink is a hole that directly dumps to the sea where all manner of beast have learned to lurk waiting for potential meals to fall to them.
