A building I made for my world, which does use some Forgotten Realms elements.

Bryn Shander isn't known for it's writers, but there is a place for them to meet up and review each others drafts. The owner has made the building as cozy as he can, with a few rooms and a bakery, and there's also a secret hidden cave underneath. This cave is now being used as an underground shelter, where writers (and their friends) can stay in case of a massive attack on the town. Bringing your own bedding is recommended, as supplies are limited.

The owner is a genderfluid bird person named Doozy who resembles a snowy owl and wears a Blue hat. He's quite friendly, but he hates seeing books get damaged, and always treats them with care.
