This Oasis was formed from the resident waterfall that mysteriously rains down from its floating ruins. Often wizards or capable explorers come trying to ascend to the mysterious lost city, though most fail in their pursuit. Its shadow drapes the area making it a cooler respite then most other watering holes in the desert.

I wanted to make the city viewable as well from the outside, mostly mapped for the purpose of perspective. I imagine scrying or practitioners with polymorph have been able to begin marking the area, so a baseline is known. This means the shadow over the town as well as the waterfall is an estimation of the effects from the hanging city. I Made the actual ruins for DM's to have a smaller model to show off. Give them a picture of what is above them. I didn't name it to give freedom to whoever wishes to use it.
