Hey DMs here is how to run this as a battlemap.

The queen is so large she cannot move. See that big gapping hole, send swarms of minions to shield the queen from your players attacks. Running a boss battle like this is easier than you think. Just use minions & environmental challenges to prevent your players from just hacking the queen to pieces. You can add attacks from the queen herself. Just run those attacks on a timer. Once the queens energy is replenished do another large attack that players have to defend against. Have fun!
