This is the city of Loudwater, a place where elves and humans live in relative peace. The magic atop the standing stone hill protects the city and all within, especially the green regent, who resides in the high lords hall with his 12 scions. There are various churches to the goddess of nature, Mielikki, who chooses her Exarchs from this city.



A strange quirk of the magics of the standing stone hill, fish exclusively jump over the bridge close to it instead of swimming under. No one understands why, but this bridge has come to be known as the flying fish bridge.



The garden to the far east is known as Tragedy grotto, where the last elven lord took her own life. Statues and a monument exist to commemorate her within the grotto.



And there are whispers of the ivy enclaves dealings in this city... The shadowdruids and Thay are everpresent within this shielded cities walls.
