The shop is run by Bretine "Chamomile" Dankile, an old lady dwarf apothecary. When she is not taking care of her plants or her pseudo-dragon pet Chatulax, she is making potions for visiting adventurers or local residents. If you're lucky, she'll offer you a cup of her famous herbal tea from which she gets her nickname.
