A cold war eternally fought between the Eladrin and Heavenly host on one side and the Demonic horde of the Pale Night on the other. All in an attempt to save the Eladrin children of Arborea abducted by the Pale Night and brought to the Abyss.

A plane in flux, where the balance can tip the Celestial forces further depths of the Abyss and imprison them eternally or remove the layer from the Plane of Chaotic Evil permanently.
