The Professor that designed and built this tortoise shaped refuge takes being eccentric to the next level. He knew he'd have to travel, but he didn't want to stray far from his work. This is his solution: a mobile lab/home that moves on hydraulic legs and powered by steam and electricity collected from lightning storms and stored in batteries in below in the "belly".
