Bramble Canyon

Cut by a long drained creek bed, Bramble Canyon offers the most straight forward path through the Urlid desert. Although dull, the trek is considered quite draining with little to no cover from the beating sun. In days long past the canyon was looked over by a scraggly ranger helping replenish worrisome travelers in his clay brick cabin. Unfortunately he met his demise when a bear took up residence in a nearby abandoned mine. Its believed he was buried high up in the cliffs overlooking the canyon so he could continue to help those on their journey and considered good luck to offer prayer or an offering at the ruined cabin.
