The Named Realm is a cluster (galaxy) of spheres and other phenomena, and is the primary environs of Adam Michael Wood's "The Harrowing of the Unnamed Realm" campaign.

Most of the planets throughout the Named Realm are at a late medieval or Renaissance of technological and political development, with lots of feudal kingdoms and minor empires. But the real power in the Realm is the interstellar mega-corporations, which have reached a late Victorian/Edwardian level of technology and a 21st century level of financial/legal sophistication.
