This place was settled on one of the red pillars of legends. Pillars that once held up the heavens. The tomb of the two brothers who founded the city is found in the East. This fortified city is built between an arid desert and a the fertile banks of the river. Built at the top of the pillar is the Ksar, the fort housing the university. It counts 4 further medinas, in this case they're fortified quarters called Kasbah. The lower one housing fields and groves as well as an oasis.
