My very first 'finished' map executed in the online map making resource #Inkarnate.

This map is the creation of Lord Captain Valios Gilgalad, my Han Solo inspired, swashbuckling ship captain and cartographer character from the latest campaign creation by my friend Kevin Drury. After an intense two to three years adventuring with his companions The Blades of Freedom, this is the location that Val and a couple of the other Blades, Imme O'Other and Heskan, and his ship the Red Crow and her crew settled down and made their base of operations.

The style of the map was envisioned many many months before attempting to pull the effect off in various mapping tools. With Inkarnate, I was pleasantly surprised at the flexibility I found. The tool itself was a near perfect fit to my long used and well honed Adobe skills.

This will be printed in time to come and a framed copy will adorn the wall of the gaming area of our house to be. If you like vintage looking maps, I hope that you enjoy this.
