Baron Mor'dregar is known as Hell's Houndmaster. He raises more hellhounds that any other infernal. He runs races and games of all kinds with the beasts. It is said to reach his estate on Phlegethos, one must follow the path of bones, across great lava fields where hell hounds roam free in packs. The final bridge to his compound is known as The Everburning Bridge. It is supported by columns of pure lava.
