Following the destruction of Highcliff during the War of Shadows, it was rebuilt by the survivors with the assistance of Crossroad Keep and it's Lady 'the heroine of Neverwinter' Lena Velenyar.

Highcliff is a small coastal village with a small deep water port, that pledges fealty to Crossroad Keep, who in turn pledge fealty to Neverwinter.
