On top of a high cliff, near the ocean, exists a natural pool of mana. Not many of these pools can be found in the world and they are said to hold almost unlimited arcane power. An evil wizard found the pool many years ago and built a tower around it. They only way in or out of the tower is via a teleportation rune placed in the middle of the pool.
