Outsiders think of Cozy Hearth as a cold, dark place from afar. Home to a mix of humanoids who sought refuge in the frozen south under the protection of Denali the dragon, it's culture is one of cautious community. The nearby Falls of Tyr thankfully seem blessed to fuel better crops and the city is sustained by diets heavy in fish, beef, and root vegetables, which is about all that survives locally. Due to scarce resources, class stratification is clear in Cozy Heart's neighborhood divisions---and resentment toward the Czar living in his mansion on the Southeast side is growing.
