The continental war has been over now for 30 years and Karmen is experiencing a resurgence of activity as trade routes normalize and natural resources are being harvested.

Just in the past week, Cuethalian, captain of archers unit, noticed a strange luminescent green liquid seeping from the ground across the river. Now the community is trying to decide who and how to investigate.
