Temple of the Protector

1. Temple Services - The walls are light grey, marble-like stone, with a forest carved into them. Then in between the six pillars there are a number of stalls with priests and priestess selling various items in different jars, bottles, packages, and boxes or offering cleric services to few dozen people nosily convers while they wait for their turn. The air is thick with the smell of various incenses that burn in censers that hang from 2the pillars and in the distance beyond a doorway with silver light rays shining down in a darker room.

2. Alter of Corieon - As you enter the main part of the temple it has a circle of eight trees, with their tall dark brown and purple trunks made from marble carved to look like bark their branches twisting around each other in a weaved ring before reaching up holding up an intricately made stain glass ceiling of a forest canopy under a crescent moon, its light casting silver rays down onto the dozen or so worshippers surrounding a center dais covered monetary and artistic offerings. Then from the corridor to your left you hear the sound of a staff tapping on the floor, as you turn to see a tall priestess approaching the group. Her face coved with bright blue veil that hangs from a silver circlet on top her head, it drapes down to her chest, and it splits and swoops back over her shoulders and down the back of her gossamer robes of the brightest azure. She is tapping the ground in front of her with a long thin carved staff that she holds with care in her gloved hands. Just as you think she is going to bump in to you, she stops and says in a clear and pleasant voice "All are welcomed to the Temple of the Protector. Is there any aid that you require of our clerics or are you here, perhaps, to pay your respects the Patron of All Elves?"

3. High Priestess' Meditation Room - You walk into a dimly lit room, the candles on an alter on the left side of the room providing the only source of light. Across the room is a large padded stool standing about two feet high, across from it sits 10 pillows in loose configuration on the floor. The walls, floor, and even ceiling were covered with simple looking wooden panels, but must be a softer wood as there is no echo in this room. There is a doorway on the far wall across from you with a heavy looking door.

4. High Priestess' Private Quarters - Elaborately decorated room with fine purple fabric hanging loosely on the walls, large four post bed with silk like sheets, a rich dark wood vanity with some of the fabric hanging over mirrors, leaving only slivers of the mirror showing. There is also a wardrobe made with fine carved details covering the whole thing.

5. You enter into a dimly lit room with just a few candles burning on a large dinning table with a few dishes from the last meal still waiting for someone to take care of them. Beyond that is a small kitchen with a small stove and plenty of ingredients for different stews. To the right is a path way that lead down where the Cleric bedrooms are with lower members rooms to the left and higher members to the right. Beyond the rooms are storage and wash rooms. Though some have said that could have sworn they heard some soft moaning in the calm of the night when coming back from washing.

6. The room is dark and smells of mold and decay. Cobwebs cover everything, except for a path leading deeper into the Catacombs. This is the room where they would prepare bodies for burial as well as where they kept documentation of who is laid to rest where in the catacombs that is.

7. The Catacombs miles of tunnels spanning under the city. These Catacombs were mostly filled during Orcish surge 50 years ago where the buried all that were lost after retaking the city. About 5 years ago the catacombs were closed as they are starting to use them for sewers.
