Rotating Puzzle Room

"You enter a 40 ft by 40ft by 40 ft room (top left) through a door. A fifteen foot ravine of acid blocks your path. Across the room, you see a door but it is at ceiling height. The ground in front of you carries a glowing golden glyph and indeed, the same glyph lies on the left wall, the right wall and barely visible, on the ceiling above. How can we overcome this obstacle?"

When a glyph is pressed, gravity pulls down onto the surface of said glyph (this means pressing the glyph on the ground of your current orientation has no effect). The acid follows the gravity, always filling the crevasse in the ground in the center of the room no matter the orientation. This puzzle is quite simple to solve with a bit of simple magic if you are high enough level (no rotating the room required), but those PCs cant help but push a glowing button right? It can also be solved purely logically if you are clever.

Press the left glyph. This will give your entire party a higher platform to jump over the acid river and a shorter jump distance if you use the middle of the room. Once everyone except your most athletic or flight capable member is across, reset the gravity to the original position. Have the last member cross independently. Then switch the gravity using the glyph on the right wall, and then again using the ceiling glyph from the original orientation. This leaves the far door on ground level and everyone safely across (except for some minor fall damage).

Throw in enemies and make it a crazy combat encounter or add deadly traps for higher level parties (such as ones that dispel fly spells).
