Ah, what a lovely place in the south Digione is! It is the thriving capital of a prosperous, warm province, which has become rich mainly from fruit production. Moreover, its position at the mouth of the river has made it an important trade center, with ships arriving from all over the world. Digione is also called the "City of Towers", which is due to the fact that the 12 noble families of the city, as a sign of power and wealth, try to outdo each other in building towers. On sunny days, the golden domes of the towers can be seen flashing far across the sea. The city and also the province is governed by an archduke who resides in his well-secured cliff palace. Another important power factor in the city, however, is the Great Temple with the fortified temple district of the High Priestess, who does not always get along well with the Archduke.
