Abandoned long ago, these mines were once a hive of activity. A network of tunnels and caverns run under the area, carved over the ages by water and man, and there is said to be a cavern so large it would take you days just to walk from one side to the other.

The cavern is rumored to be full of treasures, and there are possibly a few lying around on the surface just waiting for someone to come and haul them off. Bit too good to be true?

You would do well to talk to the Keepers before going closer to the mines, they know the ways of this area and these mines. The Keepers know what else is here, as there is more than water and treasure under this ground, and here at The Dead Mines, the nighttime is their time.
