As a reward for saving the town of Winterhaven from a dragon attack, my players (who call themselves The Bright Company) were rewarded with a manor house on the outskirts of town. They spent some downtime customizing it (including building a smithy for the Forge Cleric), and I took the liberty of building it out for them in Inkarnate. The upper floors are in progress, and I'll post them soon!
