Just an old abandoned wizards tower in the middle of the woods. Searching it wont uncover its secret, however solving the riddle from the plaque of the statue will. A successful solution will show the party that they need to traverse the gate three times and that will for a short while open the portal (in map 2) to a terrible location in another dimension.
