Just wanted to create this to let people have a jumping off point if they still love the old school blue map style like I do. I cut my teeth on maps like this and still love them. Everything is cloneable so you can cut and paste the key icons on your map. The background and foreground as setup to add or subtract with the mask tool to draw your map with a basic grid. I tried to keep it as close as possible to the old style but I did take a few liberties when it comes to stairs.
