At Inkarnate, Inc., we strive to provide our users with high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds are necessary. Below you will find our refund policy for both subscriptions.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for subscriptions or Marketplace purchases.
- Loss of Right to Refund: By accessing or using Paid assets or Marketplace products (including saving, downloading, exporting, or incorporating them into any scene), you agree that your 14-day withdrawal/refund right ends.
- After 14 Days: Refund requests outside this window may still be considered at Inkarnate's sole discretion.
- Defective/Misdescribed Products: Regardless of timing, if a product is defective, corrupted, or materially misdescribed, you may be entitled to a refund as required by law.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, using the original payment method.
Fraud & Abuse
Inkarnate may decline or reverse refunds, and suspend accounts, in cases of abuse, chargeback fraud, or policy violations.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
