This continent is home to six races, each tied to a different element:

• The Metalheads, inhabiting the mineral-rich eastern hills and plains
• The Wisps, living near the volcanoes of Areh's Scar in the southwest
• The Dustbunnies, hiding within the cliffs of the western Pfasek Desert
• The Duramen, whose ancestral home is the Forest of Dura in the northeast
• The Serfolk, whose great city-states dot the rainy southeastern coast
• The Rubato, inhabiting the highest peaks of the Ru Mountains
