Carthage city was destroyed by the Roman Republic in the 3rd Punic War in 146 BC . Carthage was the capital city of the ancient Carthaginian civilization, located between the Tunisian capital city of Tunis and the Gulf of Tunis. This map is based on drawings like these, Carthage reimagined, and I have used a stamp from one of the drawings as a background for the fields. The harbour, the impressive structure called "Cothon", that that was used to protect and repair the city's war ships, was made in Photoshop and imported as a stamp. The inner harbour could hold 200 war ships! I used Elven circular walls as texture on the Cothon walls. Otherwise everything is done in Inkarnate.
