The site of a very recent or even still in progress caravan ambush. The road has been crudely blocked with rock and logs. The ambush was sprung as an outrider approached barricade. All or at least the majority of the caravan guards and hands have been slain.

Players could come across this at the ambush is almost over maybe a few guards still alive surrounded, as the ambushers are still looting the carts and bodies.
