An oppressed little river village in the southern Dessarin lowlands, this place runs on the wealth of its Mill, its position on trade routes running the river and the Cairn Road, and on fish. The place is run by a brutish family, and they themselves are under the heel of patrons from across the river. Beware the Bat.
