Level 1 of the Dungeons of the Mad Mage. The Undertakers, a displaced theater troop has taken residence in the northwestern section of the map and they rob and extort any adventurer who comes by. Goblins and Bugbears from the Xanathar dwell in the southern half of the dungeon and a charmed Troll lives out his life as a food delivery service for a trio of Manticores in the northeaster section of the dungeon.



And of course Halaster Blackcloaks mad creation and touches are scattered all throughout this dungeon.
