Overview:

This soldier camp can be accessed from East or West. A dense mist lingers in the top half of the map, restricting visibility to 20 feet. A shivering cold pervades the surroundings. Nearby, a section of the feywilds is under attack from logging, and the escalating Arbor Wars conflict, slowly encroaching on it. Lion Jasper, a purple hag, has made camp here in preparation for a massive Drow offensive expected to take place any day now. Platoons of hobgoblin, orc, dretch, and dryad soldiers filter through the grounds, creating plenty of conflict on their own.

Map Notable features:

Hag Camp (TOP) - Lion Jasper the purple hag is using this tent to launch operations in the long-running Arbor Wars.

Altar (TOP LEFT) - In a grove of corrupted trees the hag has constructed an obsidian altar and a defensive overlook with a damaged chest containing tools.

Cave (LEFT) - Adventurers entering the forest from the West will utilize this underground passage. A desiccated corpse lays on the ground near the cave entrance.

Rubble Pile (BOTTOM LEFT) - The logging operations undertaken by the hag have felled many of the mighty fey trees that stood in this area., as evidenced by several stumps. This area contains the discarded waste from those operations.

Healer's Hut (BOTTOM CENTER) - A botanist and healer lives in this moss-covered hut., tending to the standing hobgoblin armies that pass through the forest.

Healer's Garden (CENTER) - Despite the absence of the two mighty blue oaks that recently stood here, the healer's 'garden' continues to thrive. Torchflies and blue moths swarm around the spiky brush, flush with prickers and wildflowers.

Swallowfern (BOTTOM RIGHT) - This man-eating weed is cultivated by the reclusive resident of the nearby hut, and feeds on unsuspecting trespassers who venture too close to the domicile.

Hermit's Hut (BOTTOM RIGHT) - The person living here prefers to be left alone.

Training Field (CENTER RIGHT) - A cold campfire contains charred bones that look humanlike. Ravens peck at the undulating ground, which appears recently disturbed. Something lies in the soil beneath.
