The player characters come to this location and are greeted by a wizard in a tower, who, while friendly is not too keen to spend much time with the characters (he says he is observing the sky with his telescope). It seems that there is nothing but mountains here, but actually there is an illusion that hides a valley in which some monks live.

By their own means or with the help of the wizard, the characters can dispel the illusion and visit the valley.
