Based on diagrams and layouts in Volo's Guide to Monsters, with a few adjustments to correct for scale, mapability, and playability. This is a five-tiered temple with steps/ramps ascending each side. Entry into the four lower tiers is gained entirely through secret doors in the temple's faces, while the stairs lead up to an open-air altar at the pyramid's peak.
