Rising up above the ruins of a temple swallowed by the desert is a single, solitary obelisk. Undamaged by the centuries of harsh wind and sand, its runes remain as fresh as the day they were inscribed. Standing in the centre of the ruin is an aging necromancer, an impossibly black orb at his side. He runs his fingers along the runes while moving the orb closer. "Soon now, you will be free."
