Belston's Parsonage is a well known manor amongst the population of Wintershiven. In no small part due to the fantastical magical enchantment that keeps the property in a perpetual state of spring. Even in the deep of Winter the grounds of this home maintain a pleasant temperature and the fresh growth of spring. This multistory House features stairs leading to the upper floor and a concealed passage leading to the basement where the homes powerful enchantments are rumored to be maintained.

Unbeknownst to the general populous a Dryad Tree has been buried under the home kept alive by strange magic. This trees existence, and the trapped dryad, create the magical enchantments on the grounds.
