A curious yet awe-inspiring structure; it looks like someone forgot and remembered what they were doing while building it, with the highest levels three stories up are held up by scaffolding that juts out over the path and part of the street. They creak under the cold wind as you pass beneath and towards the front door, which is recessed into a small alley into made by the building itself.
