an underground facility built by a dwarf named Rotnam underneath his mountain manor, to conduct experiments on creatures, attempting to create unique and hybrid beings. It served as a laboratory for his curiosity and fascination with different creatures, while also allowing him to hide his strange son in the library room and continue his research in secret.

the facility still function even after Rotnam's death. due to the arcane automatons that keep it running. It remained abandoned for years, with Rotnam's ghost haunting the manor above. The facility holds the remnants of Rotnam's experiments, research materials, and the mysterious creations he brought into existence.
