The Dwarven City of Cindur Tor: The Silver Mountain
(No Locations)

Cindur Tor, or the Silver Mountain in the common tongue is the greatest holdfast of the Dwarven diaspora in Belgard and the capitol of the North Hold itself.

Also known as the Star of Glom or the "Azar ov Glom" its seven spurs make up the flanks of the great behemoth of stone and earth that the Dwarven peoples of Belgard have come to synonymously associate with the Dwarven spirit, the might of the Fandogan and the longevity of their people in the Ages to come.

Cindur Tor is divided into four main areas, The Upper City, The Lower City, The Rift, and The Spur.

The Upper City Houses the Citadel of Cindur Tor and the palace of Clan Stonebreaker. This is the largest and wealthiest area of the city.

The Lower City contains several smaller districts such as Merchants Landing, The Lofts and the outer districts of the city beyond its walls.

The Rift lies in the heart of Cindur Tor and was once a symbol of catastrophe monopolized to extract as much ore and raw materials from the mountain as possible. It contains the Great Lift and the only direct surface entrance to the city of Mechinus which lies far below the surface.

The Spur contains the cities Guild Halls, Temples, and the Flame of Glom also called the "everflame" by the Dwarves of Cindur Tor.

CIndur Tor was one of the first cities to join the Free Lords Alliance that wasnt ruled by humans and situated itself as a purveyor of manpower, weapons and precious materials and metals only able to be fashioned by the Dwarves of Cindur Tor.

All citizens of a Free City abide by The Codex of Laws, or simply "The Code" Each Codex differs from city to city but there are four laws that is always the foundation for all other Laws in the Codex.

The Code

No person may carry a shield, weapon or wear a helm within the walls of a Free City unless a member of the Watch, deputized by the Watch, or to defend its walls.

Unless as a member of the City Watch or as deputized may a person ride a horse, mount or pack animal through the gates of a Free City unbridled from a wagon, cart or carriage.

No person may bastardize, flee from, or take into their own hands the Lord's Justice and all peoples claimed guilty of a crime have the right to a fair trial by their peers.
