The lower level, hosting the patients' dormitories, the chapel, and the infirmary. The inflicted roam this level and scratch and gnaw at every wall. Behind every locked door, horrible sounds of gnawing and wailing can be heard. No patient, ward, or adventurer is safe from the Cosmic Rot down here. The madness weighs heavy on everyone and is quick to spread.

The locked chapel offers the only sanctum from the horrors outside its doors. Traces of Father Collantes can be found in the chapel, as it appears he locked himself inside, before the conflict emerged.

A blood trail leads towards the altar, and seemingly disappears below the marble podium.
