Long has "Our Lady of the Blessed Sorrow" been welcoming all the ill and mad; for some, this is the place for salvation, while for others, damnation.

Hanging above the entrance of the Sanatorium, a plaque reads: "Blessed are the wicked, for those are on the path to salvation".

Since the appearance of the Cosmic Rot, more and more patients inflicted with it have begun crowding the halls of the Sanatorium, causing chaos and disarray, as the wardens and nuns are incapable of dealing with the endless stream of the mad, as it seems. Experimental and inhumane treatments have become commonplace in this madhouse, with hushed dealings and mysterious patient disappearances.

Such was the case at least, until the Headmaster, Father Collantes, disappeared as well. The acolytes now implore you to descend into the depths of the Sanatorium's madness and bring back Father Collantes.
