A Word from the Inkarnator
Another map I made using the packs mtoboekid11 and I developed together for cyberpunk style maps. This piece will also be free on my Patreon, and I will offer an 8k export of it on Discord & Reddit.

So are you going home soon, babe? Awful late for you to be working still.
Thomas: Sent: 2:17AM
Yeah, I am, we're just finishing up at the site now. The foreman for this job is an idiot, so the work keeps dragging on unnecessarily. After we finish, I'll just have a quick smoke in the parking garage and get back on the road.
Cindy: Sent: 2:19AM
Babe, you know that garage has cameras, right? What if they catch you smoking down there?
Thomas: Sent: 2:21AM
Lol! Clearly not the only one that does it, and no one has been policed for it so far, so I'm not too worried about that.
Cindy: Sent: 2:22AM
Well don't take too long, you know I won't be able to sleep if I don't know you are safe and sound. It also creeps me out hearing all that news about the serial killer on the loose, Klean Slate? They can't seem to figure out his pattern yet, and he's killed 13 times, but he always strikes at night, they are saying.
Thomas: Sent: 2:25AM
Yeah, I know. Don't worry, it won't take me long to have a smoke, you know I hate that parking garage anyway. It's roach and rat ridden with a permanent smell of garbage, the lights always flicker, it's rather unpleasant. Plus it's always super dark where we have to park because all the bank employees get to reserve the top floor parking for themselves, so we have to reach into the depths of Hell to park our hind sides.
Cindy: Sent: 2:28AM
Your company should really find you guys a better arrangement for parking. I still don't understand why you can't just park in that big lot they have over there.
Thomas: Sent: 2:35AM
That big lot is for all the big wig execs that don't really do any work. Totally shows where their priorities are, but at least this job is paying okay. I'll try and find something else after this though, if only to never have to park down here again, lol! Plus, it's the strangest thing, because I'm always the last one to leave the site, and in turn the garage, but for the last week or so, there's been this pick up truck full of tools parked in the same exact spot every night, and one time I saw a creepy looking clown mask strapped to the passenger seat. Gave me the willies a bit.
Cindy: Sent: 2:36AM
Tom, please be careful! What if that's the guy?
Thomas: Sent: 2:45AM
Nah! I'm sure it's just some goof ball, don't worry babe. Okay, I'm on my way to the car, finally.
Cindy: Sent: 2:46AM
Oh good! Finally!

In the garage, smoking. That truck is there, again. The mask is not strapped to the seat this time. Sometimes I wonder if there's not more than rats and roaches moving in the dark. Perhaps some classified alien life form? Lol! Anyway, it's especially creepy tonight.
Cindy: Sent: 2:53AM
Tom, I know you don't like smoking in your car, but maybe you should make an exception this time. Just have a smoke while you drive out, I would really feel better if you didn't just hang around down there.
Thomas: Sent: 3:01 AM
