A Word from the Inkarnator
Another huge shout out to mtoboekid11, whose work has recently blown me away so much, I decided to approach her so we could work together on something. It turned out she was already working on some cyberpunk material. This interested me greatly because I run my game in a giant city with strong cyberpunk elements. She was nice enough to grant me a copy of the cyberpunk pack she was working on, so I just added a bunch of tools from my knowledge of welding. After that, I wanted to mess around with what we were developing, which gave birth to this map. So together, we decided to produce a series of maps, and release them all at the same time. Red Alert Radio Announcement: A Serial Killer Abroad
"We interrupt your regularly scheduled program to deliver you an important message. All citizens of Los Fantomas should continue to take extreme caution wandering the streets in the later hours. Now on possibly his thirteenth victim, the serial killer Klean Slate has still not been found, and his blood bath may ensue further with yet another missing person.
"Ophelia Beckett, five foot eight, slim, aged twenty-five, long red hair, last seen wearing a long white dress is apparently not at home, and her loved ones have not heard from her in over a week. If anyone sees her, they should report to the nearest precinct immediately.
"Although most of the killings occurred and were discovered in Sector 16, Old Baltimore, Maryland, others were found nearer to Old Washington DC, Sectors 6 & 8 the closest to Mt. Ossuary in the downtown area. Therefore it is theorized the killings could in fact occur anywhere. Try not to travel alone if you must go out at night, and if possible, remain in well lit, populated areas.
"Sadly, the Legion, and all police departments involved are unaware of any particular pattern, other than where he has killed the most, but it is unlikely he resides in any of these areas, so a metropolis-wide APB has been issued to arrest Klean Slate. There were no witnesses that the authorities have yet discovered around any of the murders. Klean Slate is known for grossly dismembering his victims and making gruesome representations of the corpses, actively showing off his handy work.
"Citizens with any information are urged to come forth with it as soon as possible, we need your help apprehending this monster. We thank you in advance."
